The
Creative Writing groups will be of interest if you enjoy writing
or would like to begin to try writing a short story, a poem or
a play. No previous experience is required.
The
writing groups will give you the chance to:
• explore the way writers' work
• practice a range of different writing styles
• share ideas within a supportive, friendly group
• surprise yourself with what you can do
You can also work on your spelling and punctuation at
the same time.
Publication
Work produced by the writing group has appeared in various publications. We appear
regularly in the Sentinel (local newspaper) as well as producing student magazines.
